Design is more than just making something look pretty, it's understanding how it should work and offering solutions
Having someone that knows your personas at the table will help when determining future features
Define, design, test, iterate, test again, iterate again.
Rinse repeat.
Sketches and pixels are cheap, designs can be scrapped easily. Unused code is expensive.
